呢隻 cream 出到黎的效果有少少似 Bread Papa / Choux Creme 的原味 puff... 再加埋脆皮朱古力泡芙真係一流~ XD

Puff
- Water 1/4 cup
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Unsalted butter 62.5g
- AP flour 75g
- 2 eggs
- A pitch of salt
- Icing sugar
Vanilla Cream
- 3 egg yolks
- White sugar 65g
- AP flour 25g
- Milk 1 1/4 cup
- 1 Vanilla
- Whipping cream 1 1/2 cup
- White sugar 5 tbsp
